I am an experienced leadership coach and strategic people development specialist with more than thirty years of senior experience across aviation, government, hospitality, and other complex sectors. Throughout my career, I have been guided by a deep belief that coaching, when practised with integrity, compassion, and ethical maturity, has the power to transform individuals, teams, and wider organisational systems. My coaching approach is grounded in systemic awareness, reflective inquiry, and a commitment to creating psychologically safe spaces where people can think clearly, explore challenges with confidence, and reconnect with their purpose. I support senior leaders through moments of uncertainty, transition, and transformation, helping them build resilience, strengthen self‑awareness, and make decisions that are both courageous and aligned with their values. My professional journey has included leading Global Learning Services for forty‑five thousand colleagues at British Airways and shaping performance transformation across multiple business areas. I now serve as the Head of People Capability and Assurance for the U.K. Home Office, where I continue to embed coaching into leadership, organisational development, and cultural change. I am the creator of the ‘N.I.G.E.L.’ coaching model, which I developed through many years of practice, supervision, and reflective inquiry. This model brings together systemic thinking, reflective practice, and ethical inquiry, and it reflects my belief in coaching as a disciplined, relational, and evidence‑based craft. Clients consistently describe my coaching as transformative, confidence building, and career defining. Supervisors and quality assurance reviewers recognise the clarity, rigour, and developmental tone of my practice.
