Coming from a background as a Chief People Officer, I have spent my career mentoring individuals, resolving conflict, and helping teams navigate change - often in fully remote, global environments. My approach blends the structure needed for clear goal-setting with the empathy required to tackle burnout and difficult transitions, backed by my training in Mental Health First Aid and Jungian Informed psychology.
