Every plan is built with the individual in mind and custom to their unique life circumstances to ensure maximum impact, relevance, and accountability. I have been coaching since 2019 and bring over 20 years of professional corporate experience, including leadership, training, and development roles, before launching my coaching practice. My experience spans both corporate and sports settings, including Formula 1, coaching executives, teams, and individuals to elevate performance, maintain focus under pressure, and unlock potential. I hold a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Consultation and am an ICF PCC accredited professional. Beyond coaching, I am an avid reader, love meeting new people and learning about different cultures and places, am working on my Spanish proficiency, make my home in Spain with my rescue dog Hess, and enjoy staying active through weight training and walks throughout the city.
