I am a life coach with a strong academic and professional background in psychology, offering thoughtful, evidence-informed support to adults who want to improve their emotional wellbeing, gain clarity, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, which provides a solid foundation for understanding emotional processes, behaviour patterns, and the challenges people face in everyday life. In addition, I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Well-Being through Yale University and hold a Diploma in Counselling from Holbeck College. These qualifications allow me to combine psychological insight with a collaborative, strengths-based approach that supports motivation, self-awareness, and personal growth. I am bilingual and offer coaching in both German and English, working comfortably with clients from diverse cultural and international backgrounds. My coaching is particularly suited to individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, even though they may appear to be functioning well on the surface. Many clients come to me with concerns around self-doubt, recurring emotional or relational patterns, stress, or significant life transitions. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface and identify practical, realistic ways forward. Sessions provide a calm, respectful, and reflective space. I focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and confidence, rather than offering quick fixes. While my work is informed by clinical psychology, coaching remains future-focused, goal-oriented, and centred on empowerment. My aim is to support you in developing a clearer understanding of yourself and moving forward with greater confidence, balance, and self-trust.
