I am a professional coach, Scrum Master, and OKR Coach who works closely with executive leaders, management teams, and team leaders in medium-sized organizations, supporting them in their personal, professional, and leadership development. Throughout my career, I have partnered with senior leaders and decision-makers, as well as with team leaders, fostering spaces for reflection, growth, and concrete action. My approach combines structured coaching with facilitated conversations that help individuals and teams gain clarity, strengthen their leadership skills, and improve how they work together. I am deeply committed to continuous learning and regularly train in topics related to personal development, professional growth, leadership, and team dynamics, integrating these insights into my coaching practice. Currently, I volunteer with a foundation based in Buenos Aires that supports women in vulnerable situations transitioning into the technology sector. In this role, I facilitate workshops focused on employability and workplace skills, helping participants build confidence and practical tools for the world of work. In addition, I lead a free initiative called The Human Leaders Club, a collaborative space where we explore leadership, self-awareness, communication, and sustainable action from a human-centered perspective.
