I’m a certified executive coach with a decade of experience helping people be more effective with less stress. I’m trained in a diverse range of evidence-based modalities including performance science, behavioral psychology, mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction. Before I became a coach, I was an Oscar- Nominated filmmaker then spent a decade as an executive leading teams of up to 150 in high-pressure environments. Drawing from a rich body of research, proven methodologies and years of experience, I create impactful coaching experiences that align with each client’s strategic goals to create meaningful growth, sustainable success, and greater impact.
