I’m Sandor Lovas — a CCI (Carolyn Costin Institute) Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach and one of the few male ED recovery coaches in this field. Having fully recovered from an eating disorder myself, I’m here to raise awareness, offer guidance, and provide structure for your recovery journey. My mission is to help clients regain control over their relationship with food, their body, and themselves in a way that is empathetic, practical, and tailored to their unique needs.
