Patricia Sotomayor is a Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF) with more than 2,800 hours of accredited coaching experience, specialized in Executive and Systemic Team Coaching. She partners with leaders and organizations worldwide to strengthen leadership effectiveness, accelerate cultural transformation, and build high-performing, inclusive teams. With over 18 years of corporate leadership experience as Chief of Staff in multinational companies such as BBVA and Globalia, Patricia brings deep expertise in talent development, change management, and organizational transformation. Since 2016, she has led FOCCUS, where she designs and delivers executive and leadership development programs across industries including healthcare, finance, technology, and engineering. Her certifications include MBTI Step I & II, Mindset Advantage (Matthew Syed), NLP Practitioner, and Cognitive Neuroscience. She has also served as Executive Coach and Global Diversity & Inclusion Advisor for international organizations, supporting leaders to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments. Patricia is the creator of Photo Coaching®, a unique methodology that integrates photography and coaching to enhance executive presence, personal branding, and leadership impact. She holds a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts and Photography, as well as a degree in Psychology. Fluent in Spanish and English, Patricia works globally from her base in Madrid.
