I’m an experienced, ICF PCC-accredited coach who helps professionals strengthen their leadership, elevate performance, and create sustainable success. I support clients in building confidence, improving communication, reducing stress, and achieving a healthier work–life balance. I bring over 15 years of experience across management, learning and development, recruitment, and coaching. I’ve worked with both private individuals and organisations such as Madame Tussauds, Merlin Entertainments, Adecco, Hays Recruitment, Allianz, ING, Unilever, and other international companies. I have coached clients from sectors including recruitment and sales, education, hospitality, technology, banking, oil & gas, legal, medical, military, and more. My coaching is person-centred and fully tailored. I work with clients to clarify goals, uncover obstacles, and develop practical strategies that lead to measurable progress.
