I'm an ICF-accredited professional coach with a practice based in positive psychology and client-led service, built on 20 years’ international experience with top-tier global brands. Through aligning direction and goals with action and accountability, I work with clients to create momentum, deliver the desired change and secure long-term results. Before coaching, I led product growth for the likes of Nike, adidas, New Era and Disney across EMEA - balancing commercial and creative needs and working with global partners such as H&M, Footlocker and JD Sports. I understand the dynamics and pressures of a successful modern business life - because I've lived them.
