Sessions can take place indoors or outdoors, in person or remotely, and can incorporate movement such as walking, working out, or paddleboarding. For those who prefer a calmer environment, sessions can also be held in a quiet, comfortable setting—providing space for clarity, reflection, and personal growth. With over 30 years’ experience across public and private sectors, I combine empathy, insight, and accountability to help clients build confidence, self-understanding, and lasting lifestyle change.
