I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Canada and continued my training through certifications in CBT, DBT, and Executive Functioning coaching. Working under the supervision of a licensed psychotherapist and supporting my own clients has given me grounded, practical experience in holding space, listening without judgment, and guiding people through sensitive or emotionally complex topics with care. In addition to my clinical training, I’m deeply interested in holistic wellbeing — how active living, nutrition, supplements, and the quality of our environment can influence mental health. I’m particularly passionate about the role of epigenetics, and how stress, lifestyle, and environmental toxicity can affect our mood, our emotional resilience, and even the way our genes express over time. That perspective helps me understand people in a fuller, more human way, beyond just symptoms or surface-level concerns. As a Saudi national, one of my greatest passions is bringing this non-judgmental, trauma-aware listening style to a region where psychology is still emerging, and where emotional openness is sometimes stigmatized or considered taboo. I care deeply about interpersonal relationships, family dynamics, and the cultural nuances that shape connection in Middle Eastern communities. My goal is always to meet people where they are — with warmth, cultural understanding, and a safe space where they can express themselves freely.
