Tara O'Brien

Tara calls on more than 25 years of organizational leadership to inform her coaching practice, with experience in fields ranging from investment banking and Silicon Valley tech startups to K-12 and adult education. She holds certifications as an Executive Coach, NLP Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach and Breathwork Coach, and is ICF ACC credentialed. Her publishing credits include works on coaching's impact on professional well-being and leadership effectiveness, and she regularly speaks on topics including Coaching Through Uncertainty and Optimizing Leadership in the Workplace. In addition to her work with Symbiosis and her own private practice, Tara designs and develops coaching programs and support tools for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and elite universities around the world. In her private practice, Tara specializes in several high-impact coaching areas with particular expertise in neurodiversity coaching. She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and helping organizations create more inclusive, empowering environments that recognize and leverage diverse thinking styles.
