ABOUT ME I am a Life, Executive, and Business Coach who believes that transformation begins when we turn life’s toughest lessons into practical wisdom. For almost two decades, I’ve guided individuals and organizations through seasons of change, helping them reconnect with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My coaching is built on practical and experiential learning — real conversations, real challenges, real growth. I draw from my years as a business consultant and as a seasoned radio host, where I led my own program on practical coaching. Those on-air years taught me one thing: change happens when insight meets action. That’s the heartbeat of my work — translating deep reflection into tangible results. MY JOURNEY AND APPROACH As a trans man, I bring a unique lens of empathy, resilience, and authenticity to my coaching. I understand what it means to navigate identity, reinvention, and belonging — both personally and professionally. This lived experience allows me to hold safe, nonjudgmental space for others, especially within the LGBTQ+ community and for anyone in transition — whether in life, career, or self.
