There are phases of life we all go through but often avoid discussing—our final years and the grief that comes with life’s many losses. I want to change that. My goal is to help individuals navigate end-of-life decisions with clarity and intention, easing the stress and uncertainty for themselves and their loved ones. Grief is not limited to the passing of those we love. We grieve relationships that change, careers that end, and the lives we once knew. These losses shape us, and rather than suppressing grief, we can learn from it. Having experienced these challenges myself, I understand how overwhelming they can be.
