Tran Kim Chi (Kacey) is a Maxwell Leadership Mentor and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 30 years in the banking industry and over 25 years in leadership roles. Combining John Maxwell’s timeless leadership principles with ICF-standard coaching, she partners with business managers and directors to engage their teams, energize performance, and empower growth. Chi has trained and coached for leading banks and corporations across Vietnam, helping leaders develop character, connection and results.
