Jason Adrian

I am a coach with academic grounding in Psychology and Sociology and am currently completing my MA in Sociology (submitting in December 2025), where I work closely with people sharing personal and often sensitive life experiences. Alongside my university research, I have supported young adults and community members through leadership (President of Dudley Youth group and current Deacon of Apologia Reformed Baptist Church), including mentoring (PASS sessions at University of the South Pacific), academic support (part-time tutor/marker), and youth to young adults development (Campus coordinator for Explain Fiji). I also am a Co-Director of Mirrors Dance Fiji which has the vision to grow individuals creatively - this is a great emotional uplifter. These experiences have strengthened my ability to listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and help individuals build clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. My coaching approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in real-world understanding of personal growth, identity, and wellbeing. I aim to create a safe space where people feel heard, valued, and supported as they set goals, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and healthy life pathways.
