Lara Duke

I’m a Qualified Transformational, Existential, Career, and Grief Coach with over 11 years’ experience helping people achieve promotions, grow as leaders, and navigate some of life’s toughest transitions — from career change and redundancy to grief, pet loss, and end-of-life journeys. A former Department Head and leadership coach, I’ve supported new and established managers to step into their potential, build confidence, and lead with authenticity and compassion. I combine this experience with my work as a Reiki Master, mindfulness teacher, and hypnotherapist, bringing a holistic and trauma-informed approach to personal, professional, and spiritual growth. At the heart of my work is a passion for helping people reconnect with their purpose and joy — to rediscover who they truly are beneath the noise of life and create a reality that feels meaningful, aligned, and soul-led. I guide clients to move through obstacles with clarity and confidence, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth, healing, and transformation. Beyond my coaching and healing work, I love being in nature, swimming, and spending time with my two rescue dogs, Lilo and Pickle. I’m also passionate about organic permaculture and am working toward creating a small, self-funded animal sanctuary — a peaceful space for healing, connection, and compassion for both people and animals.
