Experience: I have 15+ years of experience in business, including the last years dedicated to global roles in L&D (Learning & Development). I deeply understand the dynamics of the international work environment. Expat Perspective: I am an expat myself. Originally from Poland, I have lived in the UK and currently in Belgium.
