Sales Performance Coaching is part of my repertoire, having managed sales teams nationally and internationally since 1985. I am experienced in coaching people in relationships with work colleagues, associates, family and, indeed, with themselves. Trained as a therapeutic coach, with profound expertise in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), I combine my knowledge in both business and mindsets to help people overcome their limiting beliefs, hindering habits and generally impeding behaviours, truly empowering them to unlock their full potential and pursue their unique personal and professional goals. Education and training: I am an enthusiastic continuous learner; amongst my qualifications and certifications are BSc (Hons) University of Birmingham, UK; Master NLP Practitioner; and Satir Transformational Systemic Coaching/Therapy. With over 15 years of Coaching experience, I have had my own coaching practice since 2010. When I am not coaching or being a therapist, I enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, surfing, creating things (I am a qualified carpenter) and spending time with my wife, our kids and their kids. We have lived in France for 25 years, having moved from England, and love it here!
