I believe that developing our Emotional Intelligence is not only key to personal growth but also a way to make the world a more welcoming and sustainable place. Over the past 7+ years, I have supported hundreds of professionals across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, guiding them through coaching journeys to discover their unique strengths, unlock their potential, and bring more balance and authenticity into their lives and leadership. My coaching style combines curiosity, creativity, and a pragmatic “can-do” attitude. In recent years, I have been integrating Voice Dialogue facilitation as a powerful method to access and harmonize inner resources, helping individuals and teams achieve deeper clarity and impact. My mission is to foster self-awareness as an inexhaustible source of energy, so that people can express their talents fully and become the best version of themselves—both personally and professionally. Alongside my coaching practice, I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, expanding my knowledge and practice at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and human development. Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I built a solid foundation with over a decade in international business, holding managerial roles in marketing and innovation within multinational consumer goods companies. That experience taught me the value of insights, adaptability, and continuous learning—skills that I now bring into every coaching relationship.
