PROFILE As a Leadership and Sales Coach, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to exceed their own expectations and unlock their full potential. During my MPhil in Management Coaching at Stellenbosch Business School, I applied the Coaching Model Derivation Process to design and rigorously test my coaching framework. This model integrates evidence-based theories and practices, including GROW, SCARF, learning theories, cognitive behavioural approaches, and reflective models. It is structured to guide clients through a journey of self-awareness, goal setting, and strategic action, enabling meaningful personal and professional transformation. With over 500 hours of coaching experience, primarily with senior management and leadership, I have supported clients across a diverse range of themes, including: • Navigating role transitions and promotions • Enhancing leadership competencies such as communication and presentation • Strategic decision-making • Achieving work-life integration As my coaching practice evolves, so does the input into my model— ensuring it remains dynamic, relevant, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
