I am the Youngest Life Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy Therapist with experience working with start ups and 1-1 clients. In my practice, it's about personalizing and helping client uncover the root cause and live their potential. In 1-3 session, I am able to help the individuals uncover the root cause by working with the subconscious mind to let go and reframe the meaning the client has attached. I work with limiting beliefs, past traumas, overcome emotional blocks including things like self-esteem, stress, anxiety, burnout, time management and more. I also focus on spreading mindfulness practices and sharing practical tools to enhance your life and feel aligned.
