I’m Geetika Agrawal, a psychologist and life coach passionate about creating emotionally healthy individuals and communities. With dual post-graduation degrees and professional experience in the corporate HR sector, my work focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, stress management, parenting skills, and mindfulness-based living. At NewMe MindSpace, I conduct one-to-one therapy sessions and interactive workshops designed to help people understand their emotions, build resilience, and lead more balanced and purposeful lives. I also work in the area of psycho-oncology, offering emotional support to individuals and families navigating the psychological challenges of cancer.
