As a trained NLP coach, I help people overcome stress and anxiety by offering them techniques to help them cope with these circumstances. In addition, I work as a full-time human resources specialist, interacting with several individuals on a daily basis and offering counselling to employees when needed. I have about ten years of experience in the human resources field, and coaching is an addition to my resume that enables me to improve and be more effective in my profession.
