As a Life coach or counsellor, I concentrate on the present moment and on the personal resources that clients already possess. My aim is to help them rediscover and strengthen these resources so they can become an active and meaningful part of their lives. My approach is rooted in body psychotherapy, which places emotions and the body at the center of the therapeutic process.
