As a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and organizations through growth, change, and transformation. Now, as a coach, I draw on that deep experience to guide people through some of their toughest personal and professional challenges, helping them find clarity, purpose, and confidence. Whether someone is navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply uncertain about their next steps, I help them reconnect with their inner strengths and move forward with intention. My coaching is grounded in the belief that every person is creative, resourceful, and whole. I bring a calm, intuitive presence and create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore what’s holding them back and discover what’s possible.
