I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 10 years of experience in case management, counseling, and client support. My career began in social services, where I worked as a Case Planner and later as a Supervising Probation Officer in New York City. In these roles, I provided one-on-one support, crisis intervention, and community resource referrals to diverse populations, including families, caregivers, and justice-involved youth. In 2025, I expanded my expertise by completing the MindBodyGreen Health Coach Certification and founding Healing with Crissy LLC, a virtual coaching practice that supports individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, postpartum challenges, and emotional overwhelm.
