Bryan Turkel

My name is Bryan and I am a coach who works with emotionally intelligent, high-achieving people whose lives look “good on paper” but feel stuck, flat, or misaligned. They’ve found success in what can be measured, but the intangible is missing. I help them reconnect with their values, reframe their patterns, and return to themselves with clarity, structure, and direction. Whether you’re navigating burnout, a pivot in purpose, or the gnawing sense that you’re not living into your potential — I am here to help you create clarity and direction connected to your values. My approach is both strategic and soulful. My formal education in psychology, leadership, and coaching is informed by my lived experience across chronic pain, loss, plant medicine, and somatic practices. My mission is helping people see what they’ve been too close to name, and for creating the clarity and structure that turns insight into meaningful, sustainable action. I have spent most of my life in Type-A, high-achieving environments and my mission is to make the "crunchy" concrete for people who want the deep work without the woo-woo language
