Peter Seehusen

I am an experienced facilitator, coach, and consultant with over a decade of expertise in leadership development, workplace wellbeing, and behaviour change. My coaching draws on a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, combining positive psychology, behavioural science, and postgraduate research on how leadership influences employee wellbeing. I hold a Master of Education in Leadership & Wellbeing from the University of Melbourne and has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors. Additionally to this I am a Professional Coach Member of the ICF, a member of IPPA, and trained in Systemic Coaching through IBC.
