Marielena Pena NBC-HWC

I’m a Health and Life Coach with a NBC-HWC certification who graduated from both the mindbodygreen and Health Coach Institute programs. I also have experience as a Listener and Crisis Counselor in nonprofit mental health organizations such as 7Cups, Crisis Text Line and the Trevor Project. I have also worked in the mental health field as an Assessor and Dispatcher. I offer a safe space to listen with empathy and collaborate on discovering values, strengths and goals. I believe in the importance of embracing meaning connections within oneself and others.
