I love working with mindsets because i have learnt the immense power a good Mindset holds and what it can enable a person to accomplish. To create/shift a growth mindset is actual work and takes a good amount of time and commitment. My work is around creating a 'sustainable shift' and not quick fixes. A growth mindset enables us to experience fulfilling relationships and rewarding careers. My coaching style is centered around self-awareness, self-regulation, inner work, and a flourish outlook. I have rich experience working with multiple nationalities in the U.A.E, India, United States, Europe, Africa & Canada and other parts of the world. In addition to my qualifications, skill set and experience, I bring an innate gift of intuition and heightened level of Emotional Intelligence (furthered by formal training) to the table. I have over 21 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Education, Training, Coaching & Mentoring. My strengths being Leadership and change management through Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Subconscious Re- Programming, effective communication skills, I connect with people effortlessly. Having worked with multiple nationalities during my career, my way of working is very culturally sensitive and tactful. I have also trained, coached and mentored extensively using Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence strategies/techniques. During my career, I have had a reputation for being able to work with almost everyone. I enjoy figuring out what motivates people, finding common ground and getting things done. A lot of work is tied into Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. My strengths include high emotional intelligence, people skills and effective leadership, communication and coaching skills which helps me to build productive relationships and achieve solid results.
