My career as a coach is built on a unique blend of academic expertise and practical insight, shaped by two complementary Master’s degrees — Education and Development and Organisational Psychology. Through my Masters in Education and Development, I developed a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and adapt across different life stages and cultural contexts. This gave me the tools to design personalised learning journeys, identify individual strengths, and support clients in building the skills and confidence they need to navigate their career paths. My Masters in Organisational Psychology added another dimension — insight into workplace behaviour, motivation, leadership, and organisational culture. This enables me to help clients not only choose the right career direction but also thrive in complex professional environments, manage workplace challenges, and achieve sustainable career satisfaction. Together, these qualifications give me both the human-centred perspective and the evidence-based strategies to coach individuals at every career stage. I draw on theory, research, and practical tools to guide clients in setting meaningful goals, overcoming barriers, and aligning their professional choices with their values, strengths, and aspirations.
