As a spiritual and life coach, I guide clients toward inner peace and harmony. What prevents us from fully seeing ourselves in our multidimensionality, immensity, and beauty is the traumatic episodes that have been layered on us. Unburdening our being from these heavy layers will reveal our original design of creativity, compassion, connectedness, confidence, courage, curiosity, and more. By welcoming the parts that hold the heavy burdens doesn’t mean you will never experience upheaval, but it does mean you will be empowered to accept and move through the difficulties with grace and love. When you embody your true essence, you will be an emanation of light. Everything that you desire is already within you. By introducing you to a variety of modalities and stewarding the process in the beginning stages of your healing journey, I will guide you toward harmonizing and alchemizing all your parts. I am trained in Therapeutic Coaching methods, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Compassionate Inquiry (CI), but the core of my approach is spiritual in nature. Personally, my life has transformed doing the work I offer to you. Sometimes, it feels like I have been drifting through life in a robotic fashion without access to the essential elements that offer joy and wonder. Now, awe is my default state!
