As a Certified Nutritionist,I am wholly involved in mindful eating and self confidence.i foster personal growth, advocacy in health and wellness.i also plan menus, organise health seminars on awareness. I train educate young and women of child bearing age on the importance of breast feeding and good eating during conception,child birth and after afterwards. I am also an advocate of good weight management. I also offer training on how to prep meals,how to write grocery shopping. In terms of leadership I also educate the young ones on how to make out the best in core values like discipline,honesty, consistency,modesty.
